This is a weaning classic and was a favourite with my kids. It was on occasion the only thing my son would eat when teething.

1 small ripe Banana peeled

1 small/medium Avocado

Approx 40-50ml of your baby’s usual milk

Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Scoop out the flesh from the skin and mash until smooth. Mash the banana also and mix together with the avocado. Mix in the milk until you reach the required consistency.

You can also put the ingredients in the blender for a smoother puree.

The above ingredients will make approximately 2-3 pouch servings.
