We hope that you are satisfied with your Nom Nom Kids reusable pouches but if for any reason you are not happy with your products please do not hesitate to contact me at suzanne@nomnomkids.co.uk.
Returns
If you decide upon receipt of your order that you would like to return your product please get in touch with me at suzanne@nomnomkids.co.uk
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase so please include a copy of the order confirmation in your return package.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and advise when the refund is initiated. We would aim to do this as quickly as possible. If the goods are inspected and cannot be sold to another customer we would not refund the full amount. This will be discussed with you before any decisions are made.
Defective Products & our Guarantee
If an item is defective we will be happy to replace the product. We would ask for photo evidence of the issue and we will ensure that you receive replacements as soon as possible if a defect is found. Please e-mail suzanne@nomnomkids.co.uk and explain the issue. Please include your order reference in all correspondence. We will respond ASAP and advise how we can help you.
Our pouches all come with a 50 use or 3 month warrantee. If your pouch breaks before this we will replace them.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
A friend bought me these snack bags recently, but I've been wanting them for ages. And they are so good! Sturdy, easy to clean (and dry!) and just the right size to pop in my bag. So handy for on the go breakfast. My kids love the fun design. Don't think about it, just get them! You'll not be disappointed 💕
Love these bags! My little boy takes two to school each day with his snack for break times. Love that I can buy a big pack of biscuits or grapes and give him a few rather than paying for individual snack bags. They hold up very well to being shoved into pockets, enduring a game of tag and then brought home.
NEVER LEAVE HOME WITHOUT SNACKS
It's the best piece of advice we can ever give. If you've got toddlers - ALWAYS take snacks! They don't even have to be exciting snacks. There's nothing wrong with snacks being cucumber, a boiled egg or some chicken! But we know that all of these things will be seen as a fun snack by your little one's when served in our Monster snack bags!
