It's getting hot out there and ice pops are the perfect way to keep cool. Instead of grabbing a pack at the shop, why not make your own. We've got a selection of recipes that work a treat in our reusable ice pop bags. If you haven't got any yet. They're the perfect no leak, space saving ice pop mould awarded a Junior Design Award in 2021!

Homemade Blended Fruit Ice Pops

The options are endless. Your favourite smoothie combo will work a treat or try these options below. Use Fresh or frozen fruits. Throw everything into a blender, whizz up and pour into your ice pop sleeves an then seal and Freeze. We've tried to give measurements to make approximately 3-4 ice pops so adjust to suit.

Strawberry, Mango and Orange juice

  • Handful of strawberries
  • Half a mango (or handful of frozen mango)
  • 50ml Orange juice

    Fruity Green Dream

    • 2 Kiwi's, skins removed
    • handful of pineapple chunks
    • handful Spinach
    • 50ml coconut water

      Tropical Pops

      • Handful of Pineapple chunks
      • 1 banana
      • 50ml Coconut Milk

        Peachy Pops

        • 1 small banana, peeled
        • Handful of frozen mango or half a fresh mango
        • Handful frozen peach, tinned or fresh peach
        • 100ml plain yogurt

          Watermelon & Mint

          • ½ small watermelon
          • Mint leaves (optional)

              Orange and passionfruit pops

              • Juice of 2 oranges - or 200ml Orange juice
              • 1 Passion Fruit
              Add 1/4 of the passion fruit flesh to each ice pop bag and then top up with orange juice. No blending required so just seal & freeze.

                  Elderflower & Pomegranate Pop

                  • Seeds from 1 Pomegranate
                  • 150-200ml Elderflower cordial made to bottle instructions

                  Add 1/4 of  the seeds to each ice pop bag and then top up with elderflower cordial. No blending required so just seal & freeze.

                  Super simple Ice pops

                  Got no time? Pour some fruit juice, cordial or smoothies into the sleeve and seal. Shop bought smoothies actually make a great quick option & leftover fruit pouches can be used alone or mixed with some yogurt to make a speedy frozen snack.

                  Adults Only Ice Pops

                  Make up your favourite Cocktails and pour some into an ice pop sleeve! Not sure where to start? Try some of these....

                  Mojito

                  • 60ml sugar syrup (equal part sugar and water – heat until dissolved)
                  • Juice from 1 lime
                  • 6 mint leaves (chopped)
                  • 60ml white Rum
                  • Water / soda / lemonade - your choice

                  Mix everything together (apart from the water, soda or lemonade) in a jug and divide between the 4 ice pop bags and then top up with the liquid of your choice. Seal & freeze flat to distribute the mint more evenly.

                  Icy Pimms Pops

                  • 1 part Pimms
                  • 3 parts Lemonade (leave to go a bit less fizzy)
                  • strawberries - finely chopped
                  • cucumber slices - finely chopped
                  • orange - finely chopped
                  • mint leaves - finely chopped
                  Adjust quantities for the amount of pops you want to make. Spoon each of the chopped ingredients into the ice pop bags. combine the Pimms and Lemonade and pour it in up to the word POP. seal andfreeze flat to distribute the chopped fruit more evenly.

                      Strawberry Daiquiri

                      • 250g strawberries
                      • 50ml Rum
                      • 1/2 lime  juice
                      • 50 ml water

                      Blend the strawberries, water and lime in the blender and then add the rum before pouring into your ice pop bags. Seal and freeze!

                      G&T Pop

                      • 1 part Gin
                      • 3 parts tonic (not too fizzy)
                      • ½ Lime juice

                      Mix everything together and pour into your ice pop bags! Simply Seal & freeze. Simple

                      Raspberry Prosecco Pops

                      • Prosecco (not too fizzy)
                      • Frozen Raspberries

                      Open the prosecco and allow to go less bubbly (or use the dregs from a bottle). Add 4 or 5 raspberries to an ice pop bag. hold the bag closed and hit the bag until they break apart. Pour in prosecco up to the text on the bag. Squeeze out any excess air and seal.
