Do you buy a pot of cream, use a bit and then pop it back in the fridge only to find it weeks later past it's best? 

Doing this, has stopped me throwing away cream and means I don't have to buy a new pot every time I need some in cooking.

All you need is an ice cube tray, a sandwich bag and your leftover cream. Fill up the tray and freeze until solid. Don't leave them for too long exposed to air in the freezer but transfer them to an air tight bag
