The Insulating neoprene fabric keeps little fingers from getting cold and helps stop your ice pops from melting so quickly. Add your ice pop to the sleeve straight from the freezer and it will buy you 20-30 minutes to get to your destination without the ice pop melting too much. perfect for a school run snack or taking to the park.
