Don't waste the best part of your pumpkins. Roasted with Chilli flakes and salt these are the delicious!

Ingredients

Pumpkin seeds

Glug of Olive Oil

Sprinkle of salt

Pinch of Dried Chilli flakes

Heat the oven to 180 degrees C.

Wash the pumpkin seeds and remove any strings or flesh. Dry the seeds and lay a single layer on a baking tray. Pour a glug of oil onto the seeds and mix in.

Add the salt and chilli flakes and roast for around 15-20 minutes or until they start to turn golden brown. Try them towards the end and wait until they are cooked enough to be crisp without being chewy.

Try not to eat them all at once.
