Super Speedy Lunch Box Savers
These are recipes or tips for what to put in your pouch when you are in a rush. Maybe you forgot to pack the lunches last night or you are running late. Pick one of the options below to get you back on track.
Banana & Strawberry smoothie.....2mins
Half a banana (keep the rest in the skin, wrap in cling film and keep in the fridge until tomorrow)
3-4 strawberries
Place the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
The finished consistency should be just perfect for the pouches but add a little apple juice if you feel that it's too thick.
Yogurt in a pouch....30 seconds
Spoon or pour in your favourite yogurt up to the fill line......that's it!
Custard in a pouch.....30 seconds
pour in the custard straight from the carton / tin up to the fill line......there's not even any washing up to do!
