Another very quick and simple favourite puree for my kids.

1 small sweet potato

Big Handful of spinach roughly chopped (stems removed)

50g peas

Boil, steam, microwave or bake the sweet potato until cooked. Bring the peas to the boil and simmer for 4 minutes add into the blender whilst hot along with the uncooked spinach and a spoonful of the water the peas were cooked in. Blend until smooth.

I usually make this in one pan by boiling the sweet potato and adding the peas towards the end. Drain the water but keep a little of the water back. Stir in the spinach before using a hand blender to blend to a puree. Add a little of the water to make the puree more squeezable.  So simple!

The above ingredients will make 2-3 pouch servings
