What kid can resist a picky meal with lots of variety? Mine certainly love this way of eating as long as nothing touches!) so I was really excited to see these new divided plates from the lovely Ciara Attwell of @myfussyeater

I've followed Ciara on Instagram for ever and love all the recipes and snack ideas she has to offer. She totally understands what makes kids tick when it comes to food! You can now also follow Ciara's new business on Intstagram at @Pickplates

Ciara says "Pick Plates help to promote balanced meals and snacks by offering lots of different foods and food groups on one plate, encouraging children to try new tastes and flavours." She continues, "Pick Plates give kids choice and control over their food. Separating foods works well for many children as they choose what to eat and in what order. This is especially true with fussy eaters."

I agree! it's easy to add a few items onto the plates that your children don't usually like or haven't tried before and there's less pressure to eat it but also gives them an easy way to try if they wish.

These plates are so much fun with bright colourful designs that look great filled with colourful foods or brighten up the blandest of foods.

I think they work really well with our pouches too so we've joined forces to run a giveaway on Instagram to win a Pick Plate Midi or Biggie and a selection of reusable pouches, snack bags and sandwich bags.
